Information on Privacy (Privacy Policy Statement)

In compliance with the article 13 of the Legislative Decree regarding instructions on protection of personal data,  we would like to inform you that your personal data provided voluntarily by you for the activation of the required services will be processed by Trafomec S.p.A.in accordance of the above mentioned regulation, adopting the appropriate measures to grant their safety.

1. Collection of the information
        
1.1. This information concerns the data collected through the forms in the website www.traformec.com, our Mailing List and Newsletters, through personal data provided by the users at the moment of the activation of the Services, contracts or projects, and through information taken from the surfing on our website.
        
1.2. Every request of registration to the Mailing list and Newsletter services of point 1.1, is verified by Trafomec S.p.A. by a system that requires a subsequent confirmation by the person who required the registration (double opt-in). This is to verify that the person who has forwarded the registration is the real holder of the e-mail address that has to be provided to subscribe to the service

1.3. Trafomec S.p.A automatically receives and stores on its server some information from the browser used by the user, including the IP address, cookies information and the pages requested by the user. The use of possible cookies and sessions is functional to the fruition of the website and of the services provided. Cookies are not used for the identification or personality profiling.

2. Purposes and methods for processing personal data

2.1. The data collected as in point 1.1 and 1.3. are processed exclusively for the following proposes:
 
2.1.1. Establish a relationship with the users in order to respond to  information and assistance requests forwarded through the “contacts” form.
 
2.1.2 To send communications on new initiatives of the portal www.gruppotrafomec.com;

2.1.3. To carry out statistical analysis;

2.1.4. To comply with legal obligations;

2.1.5. Provide the proposed services through the internet portal www.gruppotrafomec.com;

2.1.6. Send newsletters;

2.1.7. Periodically send e-mails containing promotional material and initiatives,  internal announcement and commercial communications. Moreover these can be conveyed via the newsletter;
 
2.1.8. The data will be processed manually or with the help of electronic, or anyway automated devices, and they will include all the operations, or set of operations provided for with the term “Data Processing”, according to article 11 of the L.D. 196/03

3. Nature of the provisions of personal data

3.1. The provision of the personal data is optional. However, failure to provide the data required in the fields of the various forms marked with an asterisk or with some other symbol, will prevent Trafomec S.p.A. from providing the service via the portal www.gruppotrafomec.com.

4. Communication and disclosure of data.

4.1. The collected personal data will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties, except in the cases foreseen by the privacy policy statement and/or by the law and always in compliance with them.

5. Rights of the interested party

5.1. Correction/Updating of personal data. According to article 7 of the L.D. 196/2003, the interested party has specific rights. In particular:

5.1.1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him or her, even if yet to be registered,, and their communication in an intelligible form.

5.1.1. The interested party has the right to obtain indications regarding:
  • Source of the personal data;
  • Purposes and methods of processing;
  • The logic applied to the processing if the latter is carried out with the support of electronic means;
  • The identification data of the holder, of the authorities and representatives designated in accordance with article 5 paragraph 2;
  • The subject, or categories of subjects, to which personal data may be disclosed or who may come to know them in their capacity as representative appointed in the State territory or persons in charge.
5.1.2. The interested party has the right to obtain:
  • The updating, the correction or integration of the data whenever he is interested;
  • The deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data that have been processed  in violation of the law, included data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
  • A certificate stating that the operations under sub paragraphs a) and b) – including their content – have been communicated to those whom data were provided or disclosed, except when such fulfillment turns out to be impossible or entails an incommensurate employment of means towards the protected right
5.1.3. The interested party has the right to make opposition entirely or in part:
  • For legitimate reasons to the processing of the personal data concerning him or her even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
  • To the processing of data concerning him or her in order to send advertising materials or direct selling for market surveys or  for commercial communication.

Trafomec S.p.A. has the faculty to modify the content and the functional and operative procedures  of this website and of the provided services at any time and at its own discretion.

The content of this website, including the information, data, communication, editorial contents software, photos, videos, graphics, music, pictures, sounds and in general any material or service therein, (from now on called “Content”) is property of Trafomec S.p.A. or of the respective owners from whom Trafomec has obtained the right to publish them and they are protected according to the provisions of Copyright Law.

Trafomec S.p.A. (term that, for the proposes of the present paragraph, includes the managers, executives, employees, Trafomec’s agents and counselors) cannot be held responsible for facts and/or damages that can occure to the user and/or to a third party from the use of the website and/or from its content.

Moreover Trafomec S.p.A. cannot be held responsible for damages deriving from interruptions, suspensions, delays or anomalies of the service due to the provision of electricity and telephone service, or to other causes connected to the means with which the Content is transmitted that do not depend on Trafomec.
